  • Are passionate about building your career in a rewarding environment.
  • You want to act as a key point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process to ensure the joining process is smooth
  • You can work collaboratively with each operation to fully understand each departments needs
  • You understand how to connect with top talent across the region to discuss our live roles and help NES Fircroft to find candidates who perfectly compliment our operations
  • You enjoy deploying creative sourcing methods and can create a strong presence on social media to educate about NES Fircrofts opportunities and initiatives
  • Can build credible relationships with candidates and clients, demonstrating knowledge of the sector and the market conditions that affect and influence roles and rates

  • 0-2 years experience in recruitment or customer services
