Job Description

Are you looking for a new opportunity One of our top clients are looking for a new Senior Real Estate Associate to join their team in Manchester.The Role:

  • Working in a close-knit team, you will gain hands-on exposure to a range of high-value real estate finance matters, including Islamic finance, development finance and investment finance.
  • The team operate across a diverse sector base for clients in the UK and internationally and attract an impressive level of work that stands them apart in the region.
  • Due to impressive growth, we are looking to hire a Senior Real Estate Finance Lawyer with a strong track record who is looking to undertake market leading work for some of the most significant lenders and borrowers in the UK Real Estate market.
  • With a global team of real estate lawyers, they are one of the few law firms capable of transatlantic deal-making
You will have the opportunity to:
  • You will join an established, partner-led real estate finance team, which acts on high quality real estate financings generated from our impressive lender base in the City of Manchester.
  • You will be able to develop your career, allowing you to gain exposure to an exceptionally wide range of real estate finance matters.
  • Assist in the structuring of transactions.
  • Draft and negotiate facility, security, inter creditor and CP documents.
  • Assist in the project management of deals working with other team members including partners, associates and paralegals.
What do you need
  • Ideal candidate would have done just real estate finance for at least 4 years already
  • You will be coming from a leading international or reputable national law firm
  • Be a commercially astute individual with a passion for business development
  • Able to work in a collaborative environment whilst taking your own initiative
