Job Description

SENIOR PRODUCT TECHNOLOGIST | MANCHESTER | HOMEWEAR | £25,000 - £33,000 | HYBRIDBENEFITS

An exciting business that has been on the high street for decades. This brand are offering the opportunity to come and take the lead with the compliance of their product, ensuring that all styles are to the highest quality - protecting both them and theirnational partners. THE ROLE:
  • Support with design direction, and how product make up & quality will impact final production
  • Work closely to wider team, including suppliers & partners that all tech packs are clear, concise, but heavily detailed
  • Full awareness and management of the critical path, ensuring that all hand over dates are adhered to by suppliers
  • Manage suppliers with packaging, colour, fabric and trims approvals
  • Manage suppliers over their production quality, and the sealing process
  • Request and review testing, inspection and returns of all product
  • Support suppliers over capacity, quality & product capabilities
  • Build analysis around product compliance
  • Review and support the product mix across recycled and sustainable products
YOU WILL BE:
  • Established Product Technologist already
  • Minimum 2 years experience
  • Open to retail or supplier backgrounds
  • Strong communicator & presenter
  • A true team player, always working openly & collaboratively
  • Enthusiastic & pro active
