SENIOR PENSIONS ADMINISTRATOR - SIPP & SSASCENTRAL MANCHESTERSALARY IS UP TO 40,000 NJR Recruitment are working in Partnership with an independent firm of actuaries who specialise in providing pension schemes for company directors, partners and their staff.Based in Manchester city centre, close to various Tram stops and train stations, our client are an established and dynamic pensions consultancy and provide administration services to a large number of SSAS and SIPP pension schemes. There is a heavy emphasison direct client contact.An opportunity is now available for an Administrator to join their established team in which the successful Candidate will support the senior consultants. The work is varied and our client are looking for someone adaptable, flexible and able to turn theirhand to different tasks.Those applying should come from a Financial Services background including a Provider, Bank, Pension Consultancy or an IFA Firm." Meet and greet clients" Perform a variety of administrative tasks to support the smooth operation of the office" Making bank payments" Answering the telephone and dealing with telephone queries" Invoicing and chasing outstanding invoices" Creating and maintaining up to date filing systems" Performing general clerical duties, including photocopying, scanning, and filing documents" Processing incoming correspondence and emails" Inputting data " Writing letters and emails" Preparing reports" All aspects of general office administration Candidates should be numerate, with a good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel Word and Outlook).You will have strong written and verbal communication and telephone skills, as well as good organisation skills and attention to detail.
