The role involves delivering extensive administrative support and playing a key role in the smooth operation of the administrativeoffice.Client DetailsA reputable firm located in Castlefield, Manchester, is thrilled to present a full-tome opportunity for a Senior Administrator.DescriptionAccounts:

  • Accounts experience
  • Experience in using QuickBooks or similar
  • Proficient in the use of excel for financial reporting.
  • Cost and Expense reporting
  • VAT Reporting
  • Processing personal expenses
  • Credit Card expenses
  • Office petty cash management
HR Duties:
  • On-boarding new starters - drafting offer letters, contracts and requesting new starter documentation.
  • Completing new starter inductions - creating induction packs and delivering inductions to new starters.
  • IT re starter forms / leaving forms/ equipment forms (all part of our ISO 2007)
  • Healthcare
Administrative duties:
  • Recording of Staff Holidays /Sick
  • Accommodation and travel bookings
  • General Administration
  • Weekly Movements- requesting whereabouts of all staff and adding to excel spreadsheet
  • Answering telephone / general enquires
  • Scanning, filing and photocopying
  • Ordering stationery and office sundries
  • Ad-hoc administrative tasks
Profile
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
  • Possessing a courteous phone demeanour.
  • Professional demeanour with a proactive attitude.
  • Capability to manage stress effectively.
  • Skilled in handling sensitive and confidential information.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Demonstrating high levels of precision in tasks requiring meticulous attention to detail.
