Senior Marketing Analysis£75,000RemoteCompany / LocationThis company is a fintech company with an ever-growing customer base of 4 million worldwide. They have recently gone through exceptional growth due to a large amount of funding which is being pushed into the business to further develop and grow their customerbase. One of the ways they are doing this is by investing in data and growing the functionality and systems they use.The FocusIn this role you will be working closely with stakeholders to define and prioritise marketing plans and use data to draw insight to provide actionable analytics on these projects.Another part of this role will be to mentor the junior team members of the team and develop their technical approaches.The RoleIn this role you will analyse the effectiveness of our marketing campaigns across all channels, to draw insight and create actionable segmentation to suggest plans and strategies for the CRM function.As well as being hands-on with further analysis and tests such as churn, ROI and A/B testing.Skills A candidate for this role should have experience in Econometrics and/or MMM, as well as have a keen mind for statistical analytics.We are looking for a candidate who has Marketing Analytics experience, with a great ability for problem-solving and stakeholder management.Experience with CRM is ideal, and knowledge of Python or R is helpful.If you would like to hear more, please contact,
