Job Description

MARKETING INSIGHT ANALYST £65,000 - 75,000 REMOTE High growth role in a client facing wellness brand with scope and innovation to change the health and beauty market!THE COMPANY A high tech beauty and wellness app that operates across Europe! By bringing together tech and health they have created an innovative product with a team culture that supports modern values and values their workers, a place for growth and innovation!THE ROLEAs a Marketing Insight Analyst, you will lead on insight generation into who the customers are and how to increase retention and enhance their experience. More specifically you will have to:

  • Work on various projects across the agency, using SQL and Python to conduct deep dive analytics into campaign success, customer engagement
  • Use your insights to drive better retention, engage new and exciting customers, highlight the most valuable customers and grow profits with growing brands in the industry
  • Use SQL and Python in depth to explore CLV, Customer Segmentation and Segmentation Modelling
  • Provide insights to senior stakeholders and clients on marketing insight and knowledge
  • Manage a small team and grow this within the agency
YOUR SKILLSThe successful candidate will have the following skills and experience:
  • An expert in SQL
  • Strong knowledge of Python and segmentation modelling
  • Good knowledge of customer analytics and KPIs such as CLV, retention and loyalty
  • Confident communicator, able to convey complex terms to clients and stakeholders alike
