Job Description

Senior Marine Reliability EngineerSalary: Basic from £45,000 + Company Car Cash Allowance, BenefitsLocation: Candidates can live anywhere in the UK (ideally close to an Airport)A large Blue-Chip organisation is currently looking for a Senior Marine Reliability Engineer who can live anywhere in the UK but be prepared to travel all over the country and overseas. The Senior Marine Reliability Engineer will be responsible for managingsmall to medium projects, carry out vibration analysis, ultrasound, thermography and oil / grease sample collection as well as assess and report on machine performance and improvement recommendations. This is a fantastic opportunity to visit client sites acrossthe UK and overseas, as well as join a market leader in their industry.Skills required for an Senior Marine Reliability Engineer:

  • The ideal candidate will hold a Mechanical or Electrical Engineering Qualification, ideally HNC or equivalent.
  • A marine engineering background is essential.
  • Prepared to work across the UK and Overseas, as per business and client requirements.
  • Level 2 Vibration Analysis, accredited with at least 12 months experience in data collection and analysis.
  • Experience in the use of CBM hardware and software from: Emerson, SKF, PRUFTECHNIK, SPM, Fluke, Flir, SDT, Commtest/Bentley Nevada/GE.
  • Ideally have Level 1 Thermal Imaging, Level 1 Ultrasonics or Level 1 Lubrication Analysis.
  • No restrictions to work in the UK or Overseas.
  • Full UK Driving Licence.
