Job Description

Senior iOS Developer - Manchester - £45,000 - £55,000 + Benefits A well-known and extremely successful team are looking for a Senior iOS Developer to join a politics-free and fun team based in their Manchester office ( remote at the moment ) .You will be working on the full life cycle development from concept to design, build, test and release. Within your role as a Senior iOS Developer you will work on both existing applications and a greenfield project which you will have full autonomy to input ideas and shape the application. Every now and again, the junior-mid level iOS developers may turn to you for guidance.Responsibilities

  • Input creativity/ideas to the team and bring a open mind
  • Working closely with a team of mobile app developers, Developers, BAs and all across the technical team
  • Mentor / guide other iOS developers
  • Build, test and release products
  • Optimising the performance for the apps
  • Liaise with the Head of Technology
  • Have a important input in the product development and design.
    • RequirementsEssential Skills
  • Deep familiarity of iOS application development - Objective-C/Swift & APIs
  • Experience with core iOS features - Xcode, MVVM, Firebase
  • Experience within reactive programming (RxSwift)
  • Experience of building native apps
    • Desirable
  • Previous experience of mentoring junior developers
