Job Description

A Senior Insolvency Administrator opportunity within Corporate Recovery & Restructuring at a leading National Advisory Practice offering exposure to a wide range of casework and long-term career progression.THE COMPANYThis leading national Corporate Advisory Practice has offices in all major UK cities and a particularly strong presence in Manchester and the North West region. Renowned as the leading advisor to distressed SME and Mid-market Corporates, the firm providesa broad range of solutions including Turnaround & Restructuring, Debt Advisory, Formal Insolvency and Corporate Finance / M&A solutions.THE OPPORTUNITYA new opportunity has arisen within the firms Restructuring & Advisory team which would suit an experienced Corporate Insolvency Administrator seeking long term career progression and involvement in all types of formal insolvency cases and advisory work.As a Senior Insolvency Administrator your responsibilities will involve:

  • Managing and progressing a portfolio of Insolvency cases (Admins, CVLs, MVLs, CVAs etc) and dealing with all aspects of cases from initial instruction through to completion.
  • Working alongside Managers and Directors on Administration cases (Trading, Pre-Pack), CVLs, MVLs and Advisory projects involving highly-stressed business.
  • Supporting Directors in Business Sale / Disposal and Accelerated M&A transactions..

THE PERSONYou will be a Corporate Insolvency or Accountancy professional able to demonstrate the following:
  • AAT / ACCA or CPI Qualified (or equivalent level qualification)
  • Background in Corporate Insolvency Practice (c.4 - 5 yrs)
  • Good level of knowledge and experience of Administrations and Liquidations
  • A desire to continue developing your experience and career within a leading Corporate Advisory Practice.
