Job Description

A key member of the Infrastructure and Operations team, helping deliver and maintain EUC components of IT Projects and Business Programmes mainly focusing on Microsoft 365 in a cloud based environment.Client DetailsMichael Page are delighted to be partnered with a growing professional services business in ManchesterDescriptionKey Responsibilities:

  • Working as part of the Infrastructure & Operations team, working on the maintenance and support of the EUC environments required to support BAU operations
  • Maintain the safe and effective operation of the Infrastructure services and estate.
  • Working with 3rd party infrastructure suppliers & partners as necessary in the delivery and maintenance of Infrastructure services & solutions.
  • Working alongside the rest of the Infrastructure & Operations team as necessary on cross-functional processes across the team - e.g. Demand Management, Technical Advice and Support, Infrastructure Support, Project tasks.
  • Working closely with the Infrastructure Manager to develop an effective Microsoft 365 road map.

  • Experience of working as part of an ITIL-oriented internal IT team, delivering IT infrastructure service and projects.
  • Experience working with AzureAD.
  • Experience with Office 365 admin capabilities
  • Strong Windows Powershell experience and capabilities
  • Experience with cloud deployment of Windows 10/11 Experience with application deployment technologies, including app packaging, scripting, and server-based application delivery.
  • Experience troubleshooting and deploying Windows Autopilot
