Role: Infrastructure EngineerLocation: Manchester City Centre Salary: £50K DOEI am looking for an Infrastructure Engineer to join a well-respected company who are leaders in their field in Manchester City Centre on a permanent basis. This business, situated in the heart of Manchester, is searching for their newest addition to provideinfrastructure support for their users on complex issues, both onsite and remotely, in addition to providing 3rd line aid. You will work as a team of 4, with a particular focus of your position being to work very closely with the IT Manager as well as takelead on the Azure / cloud side of the business. You will act as the final point of escalation for the most complex issues, with users being based across 2 sites within the city centre (all travel between sites is paid for). To join the team, you must be anapproachable individual with impressive morals and values, with an adept ability to have confidence in your abilities and expertise. You also must have a background of excellent customer service and working well in a team.
