Our client provides technical engineering services and works with large blue-chip customers throughout the UK. They are currently recruiting a Senior HR Manager to work alongside the Senior Management team based in Manchester.They are looking for an enthusiastic, motivated HR professional, who, with the support of an HR Administrator can show initiative and work quickly and efficiently to support the business with effective HR delivery.This is a role with lots of autonomy and scope to have real influence on key business initiatives. Job Title: Senior HR Manager (People & Culture Manager)Candidate profile It goes without saying you need to have the credentials to deliver on the above.You will have good knowledge of employment law, HR practices and be good at dealing with difficult situations but where the real impact can be made is by working hard to develop new initiatives and come up with new ideas to engage and communicate with adiverse workforce in new and innovative ways.We are keen to hear from people with a generalist HR background who may already have an employee engagement biased experience or are looking for a role with a focus in this area.Youll be an enthusiastic, persuasive, proactive character used to working in fast paced and changing environment.
