Senior HR Advisor / Human Resources AdvisorSalary £30,000 per annumManchester, Greater Manchester - Agile WorkingPermanentHours: 35 hours per weekOur client provide homes and services to over 16,000 people across Greater Manchester and have big plans to build more over the next five years. Remaining people focussed is key to this and they are looking for someone to help them do this.They need someone to be the first point of contact for all HR queries, who will take pride in delivering a brilliant service to their colleagues, customers and stakeholders. Someone who will take responsibility for developing, implementing and running an efficient and proactive HR administration process.But it’s not just about their current employees, they’re looking for someone who can develop and manage effective recruitment, onboarding and induction processes. Ideally someone who has worked in a similar role, in a busy HR department and that has experience dealing with queries from colleagues at all levels. You must have up-to-date knowledge of employment law and HR KPI/Analytics, as well as experience of working with HR systems (ideally Cascade or similar) and ideally Office 365.Our client operate agile working, so you must have the ability to attend meetings at locations throughout Greater Manchester and be a highly self motivated individual.Our client is a great place to work!
