Job Description

  • Up to £65,000 base salary plus bonus and excellent benefits
Please note that candidates must be eligible for SC level Security Clearance.To qualify for this, you must be a British citizen and have lived permanently in the UK for the last 5 years. A UK based technology company is looking for a number of software engineers with strong Java, JavaScript, React and AWS skills and a real passion for their craft to join their engineering teams in Manchester.The role:As a Senior Software Engineer, you will join one of the small, fast-paced, agile delivery teams, working on cutting-edge technologies and progressive web apps for customers in the UK Government and Defence sector.What are we looking for
  • Java, Python, TypeScript, JavaScript, AWS, Azure, Spring Boot, React, Angular, Kubernetes, Docker, Microservices, Kafka.
  • Ideally, you will have some experience with leading teams, projects and/or mentoring other software engineers.
  • 5+ years professional experience with using tech stack.
