Some of the key responsibilities will be as follows:Act as a key contributor to the Shared Service Centre Leadership Team to collectively drive the teams goalsSupport key change initiatives and drive through beholding a continuous improvement mindsetMaintain financial systems to ensure completeness of statutory and group reporting for the EMEA regionEnsuring compliance with accounting principles/standards, relevant regulations & reporting requirementsDrive compliance within a robust control framework and take responsibility for internal/external audit deliverables for R2RProvide excellent service delivery and technical expertise to key stakeholdersProvide strong leadership and development for a fantastic team of part & fully qualified accountantsProfileThe successful candidate for this Senior Finance Manager vacancy with an impressive shared service centre in Manchester will be:- A proven team leader; able to coach, mentor & inspire change- A qualified accountant with exposure to working in a shared service centre / record to report finance function- An approachable & driven individual with brilliant communication & stakeholder management skills- Ideally have some knowlegde of SAP / Hyperion- A qualified accountant is essential, & any lean six sigma skills would be beneficial tooJob OfferThis role can offer a generous & competitive salary & package.
