Job Description

A leading Legal 500 Law Firm with offices across the North is expanding and looking to recruit into their already thriving EL/PL team. This is a hybrid role for their Manchester office.As a Senior EL/PL Executive, you will be handling your own caseload investigating and litigating EL/PL cases from inception to trial. You will be joining a quality, large and busy team of EL/PL experts.Responsibilities include but are not exclusive to:

  • Dealing with all aspects of pre and post issue procedures in a timely and cost-effective manner.
  • Maintaining client files in good order in accordance with Lexcel and other quality assurance requirements.
  • Assisting the Team Leader with supervision of junior members of the team including completing risk assessments & setting case plans & Assisting the Team Leader with vetting of initial enquiries
You must have 3 years experience handling a caseload of EL/PL matters either as a solicitor or fee earner.You will be working at a firm that puts people at the heart of everything they do and take pride in going the extra mile for clients.
