Senior Digital Product Owner - CRO / UXOscar Technology are partnered with a Manchester based financial services firm that are in the process of expanding their Product teams. Having promoted 2 people from within the business to help support this, they are looking to hire an experienced and confident Senior Product Owner that will focus on their Customer-facing digital products, helping to simplify the User Journey of both B2B and B2B2C platform.All of this forms a broader strategy to marry up their Customer Services experience with a consistent experience through their digital and affiliate channelsAs part of this, the Product Owner will focus on improving CRO by driving the improvement of both the UX via a combination of compelling UIs and simplified user journey, including introducing and improving APIs.You be the type of Product Owner that loves using data to drive your decisions, so setting up data funnels to work out where users are dropping out of sales-cycle and then re-designed the UX and then measuring the success of your changes.Youll understand the importance of setting and managing scalable OKRsThis role would be ideal for someone that is extremely confident in their Product Ownership skills, to the point where they could deputise for the Head of Product if they were absent!
