Senior Delivery Manager - Manchester (Hybrid) - £85,000 - Typescript, React, PostgreSQL, AWSIGA Talent Solutions is working exclusively with a Software business who helps organisations to build places of work and study that are safe, happy and supportive for everyone, everywhere. They do this primarily through software that removes barriers to reportingharassment, bullying and discrimination by giving people a confidential platform to seek support and report experiences.Daily responsibilities:- Working closely with the Chief Product Officer and product leadership team to ensure prioritisation, planning, and tech delivery aligns with the company goals and objectives- Ensuring timely communication of the tech delivery KPIs, timelines, successes and challenges to the senior stakeholders- Managing, mentoring and supporting engineer team during feature development and support activitiesKey skills and qualities of a Senior Delivery Manager- Background with understanding of modern development practices and the tech stack used at Culture Shift (Typescript, React, PostgreSQL, AWS)- Experience of managing tech teams and projects in agile environments, ideally within a growing startup/scaleup environment- Effective communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders during the design and development phases of project delivery- Enjoy participating in the full lifecycle of the software product: from idea and design, via implementation and user interface, to operational considerationsIf this Senior Delivery Manager role is of interest, please apply!
