All whilst retaining and attracting a high performing and multi-talented team. We are pivotal tothe success of the Global Revenue Operations team. What you will be doing This role is to lead and manage analytics processes and projects across the Collections and Billing Analytics Function. The role is critical to ensure the Analytics function operates to the highest possible standards and that we continuously strive for improvementthrough innovation and other corporate driven growth initiatives. Accountable for developing processes and technical standards to monitor the performance of end to end Collections and billing platforms. Set the service levels required to monitor performance and improve the quality of service across the Revenue lifecycle.Define the reporting requirements to support the international Global Revenue template footprint. The successful candidate will design reporting controls and monitoring tools using data driven analytics and insights, into user friendly outputs. Support the Director of Analytics in technical solution design and approval across functional areas. Collaborate with key stakeholders including business & technical leaders to ensure customer focussed service delivery. Support the Director to develop and deliver the operating plan for Analytics and Insights in line with the overall strategy for Global Revenue Operations. Define Collaboration with key stakeholders including business & technical leaders to ensure customer focussedservice delivery. Work closely with a team of skilled analysts and collaborate on intake requests to ensure they are thoroughly evaluated and priorities are set to achieve optimal performance across the team and ultimate delivery for our stakeholders. What you bring: The successful candidate will have an ability to independently manage their workflow under general direction from senior managers. They must be able to perform complex analytics using a variety of tools such as, but not limited to, SQL, Python, Tableau. Theymust have a basic understanding of how database structures are formed and operate. The successful candidate will have a strong business acumen with a proven background within a financial environment, updating senior leaders using influential communication techniques.
