Job Description

SENIOR CRO MANAGER£55,000-£65,000 + BENEFITSFULLY REMOTEAn enthusiastic and collaborative data driven Senior CRO Manager will find this opportunity challenging and will be able to maximise their potential. You will be providing day to day optimisation strategies for several different clients.THE COMPANY:This Digital Experience Agency is keen to get an Senior CRO Manager on board to help them in their quest to enable and understand customer lifetime value through digital experimentation and optimisation. You will be working with clients and internal teamsto help clients better understand their customers by helping them to test their clients websites and apps.THE ROLE:As a Senior CRO Manager, you will be leading both the team and the function, within Digital Experience by:

  • Managing existing clients and increasing the client base (building client acquisition)
  • Helping to integrate analytics, insight and research into the CRO process.
  • Looking at end to end delivery of experimentation by managing the experimentation lifecycle - research, ideation, design etc.
  • Growing and leading the optimisation team
  • Working with designers, developers, QAs, ect. to deliver testing projects.
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:A successful Senior CRO Manager will have the following skills and experience:
  • Proven commercial experience in Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics.
  • Proven experience in project management.
  • Proven experience across optimisation tools e.g. Optimizely, Google Optimise, etc.
  • Commercial experience in using A/B testing tools.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Stakeholder management.
