JR532 - Senior CRM Executive - Gambling & Online Gaming - Permanent - Manchester/Remote - £35k - £40k + Bonus/BenefitsOur client is a leading Sports betting & online gaming company who are seeking a Senior CRM Executive to join the business.The postholder will have the opportunity to work across all product areas and oversee a team of 3 reports. Experience from the gambling sector will be an advantage purely because the firm use IMS Playtech software which is common in this sector, however thisis something that can be learnt and training will be provided.You will be responsible for understanding trends and analysing information to improve marketing campaigns and report this to key leadership. Collaborating with promotions and product teams across the customer lifecycle and ensuring the customer experience isoptimised.
