Job Description

A great opportunity to join a rapid growth SAAS brand has arisen. My client is eager to find a Senior CRM Executive to join their highly successful CRM team. As the Senior CRM Executive you will be responsible for managing the Optimove platform and the delivery of external and internal communications as part of the wider CRM team reporting into the CRM Manager. This is will initially be a 6 month contract with a view to being made permanent following successful completion.After maintaining good levels of growth over the last few months my client is now in position to add to a strength of theirs to aid in the management and delivery of campaigns. My client is looking to finish the year strong with a ground-breaking retention campaign.Responsibilities – CRM Manager

  • Conducting regular A/B Testing multivariate to ensure optimization of campaigns.
  • Build and send workflow automations for web/mobile and triggered email campaigns with using the Optimove platform.
  • Mapping out an ideal customer journey to indentify opportunities in order to deliver better customer communications.
  • Implementing segmentation, personalization and content to the existing Marketing Automation platform.
  • Experience – CRM Manager
  • 3+ years working in a CRM or Email Marketing Manager role (Essential)
  • Relevant experience leveraging ESPs in a similar environment.
  • Previous experience managing email campaigns end to end.
  • Knowledge of general CRM best practices.
  • Proficiency in HTML, CSS and Adobe Creative Suite
  • Experience using the Salesforce Marketing Cloud
  • Soft Skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Knowledge of email best practice, deliverability

  • QualificationsBachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications or Business field (Essential)The daily rate for this role will depend on experience. This process includes an initial phone interview followed by a video interview with the CRM Manager.
