You will utilise various Credit Control tools and liaise with different teams to ensure timely resolution of customer queries and collection of overduedebts. Your ability to secure client remittance advice will contribute to accurate cash allocation on debtor accounts. You will also reconcile complex customer accounts and maintain appropriate reporting systems. Your role will extend to liaising with companypartners and suppliers to resolve any billing or payment issues.
