Job Description

Senior Credit Controller/ Credit Analyst Location: Fully remote working (office is based in Trafford Park)Salary: up to £28,000 DOECompetitive Salary, pension, 25 days holidays, remote working, annual bonus scheme, retail discounts Due to their innovative products and great team, our successful client is continuing to grow, and therefore a fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Credit Analyst to join the team. This is a fully remote working role, reporting to the CreditManager, however you must be within commutable distance to the office for necessary training and any ad hoc meetings.Responsibilities include:

  • Ensure overdue debts are kept to a minimum by ensuring regular contact with customers and internal colleagues
  • Manage daily worklist tasks.
  • Work with cash allocation teams to ensure accurate allocations of payments
  • Ensure customer queries are logged swiftly and are followed up with the Customer Services Team for resolution
  • Analyse customer blocked orders and release where possible, and where not liaise with the customer and the customer service team
  • Assist with completing customer compliance checks and the review of credit limits including credit checks
Key skills & attributes:
  • Proven credit control experience, preferably in a commercial environment which includes small and multi-national customers
  • Must be able to work on their own initiative as well as part of a small team and take direction, with an open-minded approach
  • SAP experience is highly desirable
  • Confident and professional, with excellent communication skills to liaise with people across all levels
  • A strong problem solver
