Our client are a fast growth business.You will be an integral member of a close-knit Marketing and E-commerce team. This role is the creative lead for the business acting as brand guardian, responsible for brand design integrity and evolution.The Senior Creative Designer leads design projects across all channels including print, email, digital/web, presentations, and product/packaging.They work with the marketing team to increase brand awareness and sales by designing impactful marketing collateral. Act as the owner of the design for both print and digital projects. This includes creative idea generation, through the production cycle and print. Control and maintain the brand guidelines across all media as the brand progresses. Take creative briefs from internal teams to produce attractive and effective marketing collateral. Have the capacity to challenge briefs and input creative ideas in order to maximise sales and customer engagement. Liaise with the team to take briefs for all digital channels including web, email, social media, and display advertising. Take responsibility for communicating brands clearly in catalogues, mailers, and other brochures. Design sections of the catalogue, including on-page ads according to brand guidelines and strict marketing schedules. Lead the creative design for campaigns throughout the year that support the overall brand and its services. Oversee the work of the other designers to ensure brand integrity. Providing on-the-job design training/guidance as needed to help their personal development.Essential skills Competent using the Adobe Cloud suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign. A basic understanding of shooting and editing product photography for online and offline use. Desirable skills Interest or experience in creating animation or video using Adobe After Effects, Google Web Designer etc. An understanding of web and UI/UX design and wireframing/prototyping using tools like Sketch, Figma, XD etc. Experience using HTML5 and CSS. Exposure to workflow and collaboration software like JIRA and Google Docs. Experience in shooting and editing product photography. Experience preparing print-ready templates for large format printing. Knowledge of 3D design and CAD modelling tools.Personal skills A minimum of 3 years experience. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with experience of working within a creative team. Able to work under pressure to deadlines and multitask effectively, taking accountability for your own work. Outstanding attention to detail and passionate about delivering high quality work. Able to develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders whilst effectively managing expectations and offering creative ideas. Exceptional eye for detail, layout, and typography. Thinks innovatively and proactively about the future of the brand. A strong personal portfolio of design work.Excellent salary and benefits package.
