Senior CRAHomebased - UKPermanentSalary: 45,000 - 54,000Benefits: Car Allowance or company car, Bonus, 33 days holiday, pension, private healthcareCPL Life Sciences have partnered with a global Clinical Research Organisation to recruit 3 experienced Senior CRAs on a permanent basis. These roles will sit within the UK Clinical Operations team and will require you to work on multiple projects across a variety of therapy areas. You will be required to conduct full monitoring cycle visits, from site Initiation, routine monitoring and close out visits across the UK.Role Responsibilities:- Monitoring of multi-phase, multi-site UK trials- Develop strong relationships with site personnel- Develop a robust patient recruitment strategy- Responsibility for the conduct and efficacy of study at different trial sites- Co-monitor and mentor junior CRAsCandidate Requirements:- Minimum of 3 years experience as a CRA independently monitoring UK sites- Preference for prior experience within a CRO- Therapy area experience within Oncology, Neurology, Respiratory and Cardiology preferred- Eligibility to work in full time employment within the UK without restrictions- Full UK Drivers LicenseThe successful applicants will be rewarded with a market leading salary and benefits including flexibility to work remotely.
