Job Description

Our client is an award-winning regional firm looking for a Corporate Solicitor to join their team.The Client

  • Large Independent law firm based in the North West
  • Recognised as one of the best law firms by the Times amongst 200 national firms
  • Works with a variety of clients both nationally and internationally
    • The Role
  • The role will entail you working amongst a large range including:
  • Disposals, mergers and acquisitions
  • Disclosure and due diligence
  • Insolvency work (non-contentious)
  • Investment and shareholder agreements
  • Company formation and administration
    • The Ideal candidate
  • 5+ PQE experience
  • Excellent academic background
  • Desire to develop and progress
  • Pragmatic and solution focused approach to your work
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • An eye for detail
  • Be able to conduct your own work as well as support senior fee earners and work well in a wider team
