Job Description

Senior Consultant - BMS, HVAC & Energy ManagementSalary/Package - £53,000 - £60,000 Basic + 25 days holiday ( + banks ) + Company Pension + Car + Profit Scheme + Private Medical + Loyalty Bonus + More !Location - ManchesterPermanent PositionMy client is an award winning and established energy management and technical engineering consultancy who is looking to hire a Senior Consultant in to their experienced team.The role will involve the delivery of projects that lead to measurable energy efficiency savings to customers throughout the north of the UK. The Senior Consultant will successfully manage the commercial and quality performance of projects and proactivelydeploy a range of techniques to control delivery, cost, manage risk and change.Day to Day Duties

  • To undertake field works including energy & engineering audits, energy & engineering surveys, reports and projects
  • Customer meetings and presentations
  • Surveying and Performance Reporting
  • Forecasting quarterly operational activity for customer accounts you manage
  • Management information updates
  • Quarterly reporting on all commercial FM & Property contracts / projects
To be considered for this position you must have the following background,
  • M&E, HVAC & BMS Controls technical engineering expertise
  • HVAC plant performance review expertise
  • M&E plant maintenance and audit expertise
  • HVAC planned maintenance formation, specifications and tendering
  • Building Asset Surveys
  • HVAC / M&E plant condition reviews, lifecycle and preparation of capital expenditure forecasts
  • Compliance reviews and audits
  • Energy Audits and Surveys
  • The production of reports and technical papers
  • Project Management for small M&E project and energy saving initiatives
  • Contract management and delivery
