Job Description

  • Own and manage a number of key customer accounts within the Bruntwood Works portfolio, driving retention and developing strong stakeholder relationships
  • Deliver on all elements of property customer account management including; lease renewals, expansions, relocations, rent reviews, customer relationships (including debt and queries), and owning and driving the data regarding them
  • Remain constantly aware of the values and standards within the portfolio, liaising with the Asset Manager, and Area/Customer Operations Managers
  • Working as part of a multidisciplinary team putting the customer at the heart of what we do
  • Be an advocate for the customer, continually outlining the importance of great relationships and driving this passion within the team, by leading by example
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues and departments across the business, ensuring you have well rounded knowledge of the customer journey
  • As a senior colleague you will use your expertise and experience to support and mentor Account management team members to deliver the retention and relationship goals
  • Managing the Account Management function of the region enabling colleagues to grow and thrive
  • You will have an overview of the portfolio and be responsible for quarterly board reporting
  • Drive the use of our internal CRM system, working with internal teams to monitor performance and utilise data for trend analysis and insight
  • You will be fully aware of market dynamics and competition, utilising networks and relationships to ensure the Commercial Account Management Team are aware of trends and innovation within the sector, whilst continually acting as an ambassador for Bruntwood
What were looking for:As an excellent communicator, you will have the ability to remain professional during challenging conversations, negotiations and stakeholder relationships
  • Proven experience within Commercial Property Surveying
  • Strategic thinker with a creative outlook
  • Effectively work between multi-disciplined teams internally: Commercial, Property Management, Construction & Operations
  • Ability to develop relationships with clients, focusing on a solutions based approach
  • Ability to gather, analyse and action commercial decisions using customer and industry insight, utilising internal and external systems
  • Ability to recognise strategic opportunities in assets - including changing customer mix, occupational locations and development opportunities
  • Approach to build purposeful relationships with agents, solicitors and stakeholders, attending networking events, Bruntwood events and other conference/seminar events looking for continuous personal development
  • Passion for the thriving cities and regions we work in.
  • It is likely that you will have been qualified as a surveyor for a number of years however this is not necessarily essential.
