Job Description

Position Type : Full time Type Of Hire : Experienced (relevant combo of work and education) Education Desired : Bachelors Degree Travel Percentage : 1 - 5% About the TeamOur Collections teams which is part of the Global Revenue Merchants Operations provide support to our Global Business customers, managing accounts with a strong focus on maximising working capital and minimising impact to losses. Youll be part of a high performing,fast-paced team who always strive to exceed cash and quality targets whilst operating in line with FCA, DPA and Banking Code Regulations. As a Senior Manager you will be an exceptional people who inspires and d rives performance against KPIs whilst keeping customer and employee engaged and focused at all times. What youll be doingThis role is a critical operational role leading, developing and managing operational teams to maximize working capital through a robust collection strategy. As a Senior Collections Manager youll be responsible for designing collections strategies, target and budget setting and reviewing systems and processes to support the strategy. This is a highly visible role partnering senior leaders across business as wellas the m anagement of third party suppliers. Key responsibilities:

  • Manages key relationships with senior leadership across business
  • Managing staff performance, working with Human Resources on issues and works with employees to implement goals and document progress
  • Ensures department creates and processes accurate output in a timely manner according to company processes and standards
  • Develops and maintains production schedules
  • Manages and controls finance system(s), researches system problems/ finds areas of potential improvement within the finance system works to resolve with IT staff
  • Develops and maintains service level agreements (SLA) with internal customers
  • Supervises, reviews, researches and resolves customer-related inquiries according to SLAs
  • Uses reporting to illustrate potential opportunities, issues or problems
  • Manages 3rds party suppliers and outsource / offshored partners
  • Make sure our processes are compliant with local laws and regulations
What youll bring:
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, e.g., Word, PowerPoint, Visio with focus on Excel
  • People management experience and leadership skills
  • Experience in Revenue Operations across one or more areas including collections and billing
  • Change management experience and ability to design, document, and implement process improvements
  • Experience of creating and delivering presentations to all levels of management
  • Experience creating MI and reports
  • Advanced internal stakeholder and outsourced supplier management skills
  • Ability to identify, address and resolves employee related issues
  • Excellent skills in communicating ideas both verbally and in written form in a clear, concise and professional manner including presentations
  • Skill in productivity, planning, and workload management
  • Strong system management/control experience
