Are you looking for your next Senior Client Delivery role Working for a progressive, successful Tech business, based in Manchester City Centre, we are currently recruiting for a Senior Client Delivery Manager/ Customer Success Manager. This is a permanent, full time, hybrid position paying up to GBP55,000pa dependanton experience. This role will involve taking the lead with some of the businesses most prestigious accounts and strategic partners, to grow and maintain them to their fullest potential. What will you be doing as a Senior Client Delivery Manager Working closely to understand our customers goals and long term vision, and anticipating how the business can support these initiatives. Attending regular customer meetings and events to network within the industry - National and international based travel may be required. Tracking and measuring customer satisfaction on a regular basis, to ensure customers are valuing the products and services we provide. Utilising customer feedback to make recommendations on service development and improvement initiatives. You will be a positive team player, with the ability to proactively support, mentor and engage with colleagues across the business to ensure that clients realise maximum value from our services. We would LOVE to hear from you if you have the following skills and experience: You will be an experienced Senior Account Manager or Customer Success Manager working with senior stakeholders, ideally within a SaaS environment. Experience of developing strategic customer relationships and accounts. Excellent business acumen and commercial astuteness.
