Our client, one of the UKs largest independent building and project consultancies are looking for a Chartered Project Manager to join their team, based in Manchester.Due to successfully winning a number of projects, they are expanding and looking for either a recently Chartered or a Senior Project Manager.Main Duties:As a Project Manager, you are responsible for the full range of professional project management duties on commercial and high end residential property. Working closely with the Directors to grow the business, you will be responsible for delivering a high quality of work whilst building and developing successful client relationships.You will work closely with the Cost Management, Building Consultancy, M&E, Environmental and other teams to provide a first-class service to clients.
