Job Description

A newly created Senior Channel Marketing Manager role to own the process to manage a small team and develop the strategy for the customer and partner acquisition campaigns whilst utilising their skills in paid digital channels, email, web and social mediaAnalysing data, you will also play an integral role in the overall strategy and focus of the business to ensure maximum opportunities are generated and converted to a successful sale.Client DetailsA fantastic global technology business who are on an exciting journey over the next few years. This is a exciting time to join the business and stamp your mark on the role.DescriptionAs the Senior Channel Marketing Manager, you will:

  • Develop strategy for the customer acquisition campaigns whilst utilising their skills in paid digital channels, email, web and social media
  • Devise both short and medium term strategies to build out partner programme
  • Generate sales qualified leads from both direct and channel prospects
  • Coach and manage team daily, ensuring areas are maximised each day
  • Work closely with the sales team to ensure CRM is completed correctly and advise how they could improve their lead conversion
  • Work through commercial data and develop business cases for improvement and present back to Director level
  • Ensure CRM is up-to-date and correct data is inputted
  • Analyse and assess new opportunities for technologies that could support the success and growth of the business
  • Help drive increase contacts within the database through various campaigns
ProfileAs the Senior Channel Marketing Manager, you will:
  • Have worked in a similar management role, covering a full mix marketing B2B role
  • Ideally some knowledge with tools such as Marketo, Indesign, Google Analytics
  • Ideally have channel/partner experience and some direct B2B experience
  • Ideally have B2B IT Software experience, though experience in a similar channel role is key
  • Be willing to work across multiple disciplines and be a strong communicator
  • Have experience of analysing processes and adjusting to maximise business outcomes
  • Have a willingness to be proactive and influence at Director level what processes should be applied in order to improve overall business functionality and success
  • Happy to work in a hybrid working environment with occasional Manchester office visits
Job OfferUp to £50,000 - £60,000 Salary + Bonus + Benefits
