As Senior Client Service Manager, you will be leading our team here at Beech Range in Levenshulme, Manchester. An incredible 12 bed, step-down service that is run in partnership with Greater Manchester Mental Health Trust. We supportcustomers who have beenin an acute hospital setting who are well enough to leave hospital, but need support either returning to their home or finding their forever home. As great leader, youllhave a genuine passion to lead our services in delivering aspirational person-centred support. Focusing on our customers strengths, together with your team, youll ensurestrengths are at the heart of everything wedo, supporting customersthroughany challenges they may experience. Youll lead ourteam of Support Living Coordinators and our Client Service Manager to deliver efficient, high-quality, cost-effective and customer centred services. Youll empower our customers to live independently and make it a great place to work for our colleagues.All our customers have their own story and its important that you can recognise this and understand where someone may be in their journey. Youllneedto get your creative cap on to ensure that our customers have a fab timetable of customer engagement activities both at Beech Range and within the community to aid their recovery.You will also work closely with our partners at Greater Manchester Mental HealthTrust to ease bed pressure and be an integral part of their patients recovery. As safeguarding lead, youll ensure the high performance and qualityof our services, effectively motivating and directing colleagues. A bit about youYoull have significant experience as a Service Manager in managing contracts, associated KPIs, budgets and can drive the consistent delivery of high-quality services to meet the needs of our customers and commissioners.Your key strengths will lie in peoplemanagement and motivation, bringing colleagues together to share information and best practice. Youll need to be able to build strong relationships with our commissioners and work with them jointly to ensure we deliver on our strategic objectives.
