Job Description

SENIOR CAMPAIGN SCIENCE ANALYSTMANCHESTER (hybrid, flexible)£45,000-£60,000This is a fantastic opportunity to work as a Senior Campaign Analyst, joining the Decision Science team twice a month in the Manchester office of a well-known financial services company. With the chance to improve your technical skillset and work with lucrativeclients and stakeholders, this position would be perfect for someone looking to take on a new and exciting venture.THE COMPANY:This is a well-established financial services company currently expanding their wealth division team that works with private businesses and high net-worth individuals. With this companys exciting client list and customer database, the Senior Campaign ScienceAnalyst will have the chance to work with very interesting stakeholders and tech to expand your analytics skillset further.THE ROLE:As the Senior Campaign Science Analyst, you will be joining the Decision Science team as well as reporting to the Head of Private Decisioning. You can expect to work daily with campaigns and clients, looking at end to end customer contact from a data perspective,as well as on exciting projects, such as:

  • Using propensity models to trigger development and deploying of campaign activity
  • Building up and developing the omnichannel communication journey of customers
  • Liaising with stakeholders to consult with the business and understand the business challenges, then apply and steer the analytics/data science to add value
  • Tracking commercial impact and campaign success by analysing post-campaign performance
  • Working on customer segmentation, customer lifetime value and other models
  • Work with SQL and either SAS, R or Python, as well as a CRM tool
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:As a Senior Campaign Science Analyst, you will be expected to:
  • Have proven commercial experience using SQL, a CRM tool, and SAS or Python or R
  • Be a confident communicator for stakeholder liaison - be confident in pushing back on requirements and providing insights to answer the "so what" question
  • Have proven commercial experience working on campaign management, looking at deployment and measuring success
  • Be data literate and capable in analysis and insights
SALARY AND BENEFITS:
  • £45,000 - £60,000
