Job Description

Senior Business Travel Consultant - Remote This lovely business are one of the largest and longest established independent Corporate Travel Agencies in Scotland. They are looking for experienced Business Travel Consultants to join them - you will really feel part of the team - you wont feel likea number here.Senior Business Travel Consultant - What will I be doing

  • You will be processing Client travel requests in line with the Service Level Agreements. These clients are all in the oil and gas industry and the travel is a real range of requests far and wide.
  • You will be using the Galileo system to book travel and will be carrying out the whole booking through to ticketing. You will be encouraged to seek opportunities to exceed Client expectations (e.g., preferred seating, upgrades/business class extras, airlinereward/loyalty schemes, creative ticketing) every time.
Senior Business Travel Consultant - What experience do I need
  • Ideally you will have worked as a Business Travel Consultant previously, but we will also look at applications from Leisure Travel Consultants who have used a GDS before.
  • You must have outstanding customer service and attention to detail.
Senior Business Travel Consultant - What else do I need to know This role is working Monday to Friday 9 - 5.30pm and can be based in a hybrid role within the office in Aberdeen or remotely anywhere in the UK. The team are absolutely lovely and the whole business has a very personal feel - you will feel part of somethingspecial.
