Business Development Manager - UK Wide - Facilities Management - £45,000 - £65,000 + Vehicle or Car Allowance + Uncapped Commission - Remote WorkingAbout the CompanyLooking for a Senior Business Development Manager who would be responsible for developing a growing Facilities Management organisation. This organisation has seen the business expand considerably over the past five years, very cash rich and looking to doublein size over the next three years again.The successful candidate will work closely with the MD and senior leadership board and play a key role in developing and growing new accounts UK wide by building on the companys current success and reputation for delivery, strengthening working relationships,coordinating resources throughout the business, and ensuring that exceptional works are achievable in every respect. This will be a key role in continuing to grow the TFM business, and this role is a hunter BD role not an account managers type of role, working remotely from home, out meeting clients across the UK, with some overnight stays and networking as required. Business Development Manager - The Rewards* Basic up to £65,000 dependant on experience in a similar role + vehicle or allowance + package + uncapped commission - Remote WorkingBusiness Development Manager - RequirementsEssential* Proven experience in a business development role * A proven track record in building positive relationships with new and existing clients* Experience of successfully bidding for nationwide contracts, full proposals written* Experience of organising your own diary and activity to achieving key financial targets * Experience of updating a CRM, producing reports on sales and pipelines* Experience of traveling around the UK meeting clients - Full driving LicenceDesirable* Experience of producing sales quotations/proposals* A background in service or maintenance within Building Services, Contract Cleaning, Facilities Management, Datacentres or General Soft Services.
