Job Description

What youll be doing As a Senior Banner Support Officer, you will join our Planning & Scheduling department as a senior member of the University Module Registration and Filemaker Setup (UMRFSU) team. Your primary responsibilities will be to assist the Head of Department in leading the teams work/approach with the following functions:

  • Support with student module registration in Banner across all University programmes, assisting with the delivery of timetables, attendance tracking and Hub provisioning;
  • Assist with programme and assessment data setup in Filemaker in order to effectively track both student progression and award eligibility.
As part of the role, you will liaise with internal departments to ensure student timetables and learning materials are consistently accurate and available. You will also be responsible for providing ongoing support to the wider team in terms of managingworkloads, meeting deadlines, and delivering staff straining across both Banner SIS and Filemaker, including the creation of user support documentation.Choose a better work-life balance With hybrid working available, youll be able to split your time between one of our centres and wherever you choose to call home.
