Job Description

Senior Acquisition Surveyor - ManchesterHA 9920An excellent opportunity has become available for an experienced Senior Acquisition Surveyor to join a uk leading Infrastructure Solutions company. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work as part of an established team working on a widevariety of projects, identifying and assessing sites for the development of large scale telecommunication and energy schemes.Qualifications: It is anticipated that the successful Senior Acquisitions Surveyor will have demonstrable experience in the sector, with telecoms, renewables or industrial project experience, a relevant Surveying, Planning or Constructiondegree (or equivalent), RICS membership and a full UK drivers licence.Duties:

  • Undertaking site searches and checking the quality of searches produced by junior colleagues
  • Using numerous MS applications for communicating and reporting;
  • Reporting to clients using their online tools (databases)
  • Finding, retrieving and interrogating information from client tools/ databases
  • Reading Leases and Licences to ascertain and report their terms
  • Keeping an up to date knowledge of relevant property law as it applies to Leases and Licences
  • Attending site visits to find solutions or meet the clients representative
  • Interpretating information from plans and leases
  • Drafting documentation to send to Landowners and/or site providers
  • Negotiating terms and acquire rights access to sites and leases for new sites
