Job Description

Senior Acoustic Consultant - North WestMy client, a multi-disciplinary consultancy which operates from over 20 locations across the world, is looking for an experienced Senior Acoustics Consultant to assist in leading their team of specialist acousticians.This role has the option to be home based with several days in the office.Candidates are required to be educated to MSc/BSc level in Acoustics, or another related discipline, and will have a minimum of 5 years experience within a consultancy environment.This exciting role will involve:

  • Providing management and supervision to projects and teams.
  • Attending and input at design meetings
  • Providing advice to clients, architects and engineers
  • Preparing and overseeing fee proposals
  • Design specifications and sound management programmes
    • To be successful in your application, you must demonstrate:
  • Experience of providing knowledge to internal team members and third parties
  • In-depth understanding of environmental and building related acoustic work divisions
  • High levels of communication skills and a passion for Acoustics Engineering
