Job Description

Position: Senior Account Manager Location: ManchesterSalary: £40,000Building and maintaining strong relationships is key when it comes to building a successful brand. My client is a leading marketing agency looking for an experienced Account Manager to join the team and look after their key accounts.Specializing across Lifestyle and Beauty, you ideally will have experience in those sectors allowing you to quickly add value to your clients. You will be the key point of contact managing their experience, taking briefs and turning them into internal briefs,working closely with the rest of the team.Social first, these guys NEED you to be a social media expert, having strong knowledge in setting up campaigns and creating strategies so you can really support your clients and give them the best service.This role will come with growing the accounts, so ideally you will have previous experience and some amazing success stories in how you developed past accounts. Client needs are evolving and ever changing, so staying up to date is key, tackling any challenges.So what do we need from you:

  • Minimum 3 years experience working as a Social Media Account Manager - you have grown accounts and youre an expert when it comes in maintaining strong relationships
  • Experience in providing market insights and industry analysis
  • You know how to take a requirement and tur it into a brief for the team
  • Forecast ad track client metrics - KPIs are on track and resolve any issues
  • Know how to dig deep - this isnt just about knowing your clients on the surface. You want to understand the underlying issue and offer a solution
  • Experience working across - Healthcare, Beauty, Wellbeing, Cosmetics, Fashion and have a strong interest in the industry
