The successful candidate must have excellent behaviour management and a good knowledge of supporting students with additional needs. You must be a committed practitioner who will want to attain the highest standards in teaching and learning throughout the role.The role itself will involve supporting a child within KS1 who has Global Development Delay. The student requires support with all aspects of school life, and has learning and physical needs. The school have asked for somebody with prior experience supporting children 1:1 and children who require help with accessing the National Curriculum.
