We will need you to provide a service that reflects its position in the top 1% of the Manchester property market. We offer the ultimate in business security solutions and deliver the highest quality of professional service.About the roleYou will be responsible for the exceptional service delivery and welcome for all occupiers and visitors across the building. The service you will provide must be delivered to a high standard through presentation, communication & engagement and management ofkey operations and software. You will be acting as the focal point for any occupier queries or issues and improving connectivity within the building and championing occupier engagement. You will manage the reception desk daily to deliver an outstanding service to all visitors and occupiers. This includes management of the Visitor Booking System to ensure safety and security within the building. You will have the drive for service excellenceand an eye for detail to maintain the premium standards of the communal and event spaces.You will support the resolution of any complaints within a minimal timescale as directed by the Building Manager.You have a solution focused approach to problem solving and you demonstrate a high level of occupier/stakeholder care to maintain and grow workingrelationships that foster trust.Must have: SIA licence. Right to work in the UK. Excellent customer service skills. Good report writing and preparing incident reports IT skills and able to compose emails. Initiative to recognise priorities within own workload. A good level of spoken and written English.
