Secretary - Permanent, Manchester City Centre BasedSalary: £22,000.00 - £25,000 per yearOne of IT Bods leading clients is a well-established chartered accountancy practice based in Manchester city centre. They are currently looking to recruit a full-time secretary to join the Manchester team.The role is to provide secretarial and office administration support to the office as well as providing office administration to two fee-earners during core office hours Monday - Friday 9am - 5.30pmDuties will include Producing accurate reports, letters, and other documents in accordance with company standard formats, meeting any agreed deadlines. Accurate and up to date filing of correspondence and other documentation.Planning, monitoring, and control of own workload. Operating a variety of standard office equipment, including photocopier, scanners, telephone, binding machines. Other ad-hoc secretarial and administrative responsibilities.In addition, the successful candidate will be required to assist with the office administration and ensure that the office runs smoothly.Duties will include meeting and greeting clients, visitors, and contractors, ensuring visitors sign in and read the visitor instructions.Managing meeting rooms, setting up meetings, seminars and client appointments including hospitality provisions.Filing - creating electronic and hard copy files as well as archiving. Issuing reports - printing, binding and sending.Photocopying, printing, scanning, binding, uploading/resizing/transferring photographs . Coordinating with other departments such as FacilitiesEnforcing office protocols and keeping office tidy. Requirements Experience in audio/digital dictation Accurate typing speeds, minimum 50-55 wpmExcellent working knowledge of Microsoft applications with experience in editing and formatting Excel documentsAt least two-year experience within a similar professional services role and preferably within the same industry. The ideal candidate will have a professional and can-do attitude, be proactive, self-motivated, flexible and be able to prioritise, multi-taskand meet deadlines.Must possess excellent organisational abilities, a good eye for detail and thrive in a supporting role.Good written and verbal communication skills and the ability to interact well with clients, all levels of staff and other external contacts are essential.Benefits:
