Job Description

Key Points- Just received Investment from a private equity company with the sole vision of growing out the sales division - Scaling Tech business within the software space- YOY growth- Incredible team culture with regular team socials and trips - Hybrid role!- Working with amazing clients such as EY, Oxford University and Amnesty International About the company- The company is a scaling Tech start-up looking to positively change the culture of every business they work with- Looking at launching into the private sector this year- Incredible office space in the heart of Manchester- Private-equity backed!About the Role- New business sales role - responsible for generating new opportunities- Ability to build strong relationships with new and existing stakeholders as well as the ability to identify new opportunities- Using a variety of sales techniques including cold calling, social selling, email and marketing campaigns- Targeting Director Level as well as senior professionals.- Incredible track-record of progression of new hires into Sales Managers/Team Leader positions- Maintaining an understanding of all company products and services About the Candidate- Minimum of 1 years sales experience - Must have B2B SDR Experience - Incredible communication and motivating behaviours - Previous track record of good performance with an understanding of key metricsSalary / Package / Benefits - £32K Base Salary - OTE of £10K (Uncapped) - Hybrid - Awarded great place to work 2024 and great place for women to work 2024- Company Incentives including Ibiza, skiing and many moreRequired skills
