The Governors are seeking to appoint a well-qualified, innovative, enthusiastic, and highly motivated School Business Manager with experience of strategic change and development, operational excellence and first-rate communication and people skills to join our forwardthinking Senior Leadership Team in our journey to becoming an Outstanding school.We are a successful and diverse leading Catholic 11-16 high school with 880 pupils on roll. We have a strong record of pupil achievement and the school has been successfully rated as Good in all categories in our most recent Ofsted inspection. (June 2019).The School Business Manager will be working strategically as an integral part of the Senior Leadership Team to support the Headteacher in ensuring that the school continues to fulfil its educational aims and outstanding outcomes.You will strategically plan and manage the schools delegated budget and be responsible for the strategic direction and leadership of the schools support service.
