Are you a school administrator looking for a new temporary role in ManchesterI am currently recruiting for a receptionist for a large secondary academy in Manchester.The role is initially required on a temporary basis from as soon as possible until April 2024 in the first instance.This is a temporary part time role paying up to £14 per hour.The RoleSecondary School Receptionist and AdministratorMonday - 08.00 - 15:30Tuesday - 08.00 - 15:30Thursday - 09:00 - 16:30Friday 08.00 - 15:30The role includesBeing punctual, presentable and confident - able to manage a busy reception of a very large secondary academyUndertake reception duties as and when required, answering general telephone and face to face enquiries and signing in and out of visitors.Contacting parents and carers as required.Provide general clerical and administration supportHelp maintain manual and computerised records on the SIMS/FMS system.Provide pupil data and assessment reports from SIMS as requiredSupport the schools safeguarding systems (CPOMS) and disseminate issues to the appropriate staff.The SchoolOfsted Outstanding academy since 2016Ofsted inspection in October 2021 reconfirmed its outstanding statusOne of the best schools in Manchester that is free to attend.Excellent facilities for teaching and learning.The recent Ofsted states "Leaders, governors and trustees have created a distinctive school with a clear purpose.
