You may be responsible for:

  • Successfully rolling out Salesforce Service Cloud to multiple franchisees
  • Ensuring that milestones are met, on time and within budget
  • Making continuous improvements including but not limited to configuration adjustments, improving usability, identifying issues around data,
  • Helping internal stakeholders embrace the adoption of Salesforce Service Cloud by taking them on the journey (workshops, training sessions, release updates, change releases, benefits)
    • ProfileA great opportunity for a Salesforce Project Manager (Service Cloud) to join a growing market leader to deliver Salesforce Cloud across multiple location (remote working). The ideal candidate will have:
  • Successfully rolled out Salesforce Service Cloud to multiple businesses within a large company within agreed time lines and budget
  • Proven track record of creating a a well documented Project plan with clear milestones
  • A strong technical background including configuration skills and be able to make continuous improvements including but not limited to configuration adjustments, improving usability, identifying issues around data,
  • Successfully influenced internal stakeholders to embrace the adoption of Salesforce Service Cloud by taking them on the journey (workshops, training sessions, release updates, change releases, benefits)
  • Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Financial Force certified
