Superb role for a Salesforce Consultant or Salesforce Administrator to cross train to FinancialForce, the Salesforce finance solution. You must have general Salesforce platform configuration and administration skills with knowledge of Process Builder/Process Flow, and a keen interest in learning about the accounting and ERP aspects of the software market. The job is to deliver FinancialForce and Salesforce implementation projects, covering business process analysis, requirements gathering, solution design, software configuration, data migration, user training and go-live.This is home based anywhere in the UK - starting salary to £45k + £15k bonus + car allowance …. All their Finance Implementation Consultants are earning the £15k bonus, so there is no reason why you shouldnt too. Manchester bears no relevance to where you live, you can be based anywhere in the United Kingdom. The job is to work for a well-established software consulting firm with over 15 years SalesForce consulting; they have about 25 staff and everyone is home based, people live across the UK from Ireland, to Shropshire, Birmingham, Cambridge, to Watford, London, Poole and many other areas. For clients who want an accounting & finance solution, they sell FinancialForce which is the SalesForce finance solution, originally based on CODA and since redeveloped as a very strong accounting solution sold globally to compete with the largest finance solutions like Sage X3, JDE, SunSystems, SAP, Dynamics NAV etc. It is a robust cloud-based solution and it sells incredibly well. FinancialForce as a company, employs over 700 staff. In an ideal world, you will have Salesforce configuration, Salesforce administration and / or SalesForce functional consulting skills, plus experience of accounting or ERP software, or an accounting background or qualification. But failing that, if you have strong Salesforce skills and can demonstrate real interest in wanting to become a FinancialForce Consultant, then they will train you in the solution. Salesforce certifications would put you as a front runner.Training on FinancialForce can be done through the SalesForce platform, and it is all free, you can become an administrator in 40 hours of self-learning and develop a strong skillset totally independently through self-study, so if you are bright and ambitious, you can pick up the product very quickly. You are hungry, ambitious, bright and enthusiastic - you are great on requirements, you have the personality to develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, and you have passion for cloud solutions. You will visit your clients for the kick-off meeting and for training but beyond that most of your work will be done from home, as FinancialForce is a true cloud solution. So realistically 2-3 days a month on site is probably about it. Obviously you might need to spend a lot more time on site sometimes as this is the nature of being an Implementation Consultant, but most of the work is done from home. Why is this an awesome role
